Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders to understand their needs and suggest the right arenaflex products
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
• Document vital record data according to established policies and procedures
• Uphold integrity by complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a client support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an electronic environment
