DreamBook is our active venture in the Creative AI & Publishing space. It is an AI-driven, end-to-end book writing and self-publishing ecosystem that takes authors smoothly from a blank page to a globally distributed published volume. While standard AI tools are engineered for short-form copy, DreamBook captures a premium, underserved white space by serving creators who have grand ideas but lack a structured writing process to convert those ideas into print.
The Role
Location: Remote (US-Based)
Type: Full-Time
As the Founding Product Manager for DreamBook, you will have a massive seat at the table. You will partner directly with Mukesh Bansal and our engineering leadership to take this product from its current "Building" stage to a global market launch. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from foundational user research with global authors to the deployment of complex generative AI writing pipelines and global print-on-demand networks.
Key Responsibilities
Define the 0-to-1 Blueprint: Architect the product strategy, taxonomy, and core user journeys for an AI-assisted long-form creative writing pipeline.
Drive AI & Workflow Innovation: Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI capabilities, including multi-chapter drafting, text editing, structural design, and native, automated compliance workflows (plagiarism checks, copyright safety, and trademark verification).
GTM & Global Scaling: Own the integration of online digital distribution and offline print-on-demand networks, focusing heavily on international markets where digital self-publishing is rapidly expanding.
Establish Product Culture: As the first dedicated PM, you will implement lean, high-velocity product processes, establishing how we gather user feedback, measure success, and iterate.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work seamlessly as a remote leader, bridging collaborations with our core studio team, engineering pods, and ecosystem partners.
What We Are Looking For
8 to 15 years of product management experience, with a stellar track record in Consumer Tech or creator-focused platforms.
0-to-1 Startup Experience: Proven experience joining an early-stage startup or incubation team, building a product from scratch, and scaling it to meaningful market adoption.
AI-First Product Intuition: Deep, practical experience building with LLMs and Generative AI. You understand how to handle the nuances of long-form content generation and workflow tools.
High Agency & Autonomy: Since this is a remote, foundational role, you must be a self-starter who thrives in extreme ambiguity and operates with high accountability.
Design & UX Obsession: Long-form writing is a deeply personal, creative process. You must have a fanatic focus on clean, motivating user experiences that reduce friction for the author.
Publishing/Creator Passion (Bonus): Prior experience in digital media, publishing, creator economy tools, or productivity platforms (e.g., Notion, Figma) is a significant plus.
