We are seeking a senior Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to own and execute our 2026 marketing strategy with a focus on credibility, institutional trust, and relationship-driven growth.
This is not a consumer marketing role and not a social-media-only position. We are looking for someone who understands financial services, private markets, and high-trust client acquisition.

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Own execution of our 2026 marketing plan across:
• Content
• Paid ads (LinkedIn-focused)
• Email & CRM-driven distribution
• Podcasts (hosted + guest appearances)
• PR & earned media
• Translate strategy into a clear execution roadmap with timelines and owners

2. Content & Thought Leadership
• Shape and refine institutional thought leadership:
• Market insights
• Private market commentary
• Investor education narratives
• Oversee creation of:
• Long-form content
• Short-form LinkedIn posts
• Newsletters
• Podcast themes and guest strategy
• Ensure content supports warm intros and referrals, not lead spam

3. Paid Media & Distribution
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads for:
• Awareness
• Credibility amplification
• Retargeting
• Ensure ads support content and PR — not “hard sells”

4. CRM & Marketing Stack Alignment
• Work closely with our CRM and automation stack:
• HubSpot
• Apollo.io
• Mailchimp
• Clay
• Smartlead / Buzz.ai
• 4Degrees (relationship intelligence)
• Ensure marketing feeds clean, usable data into CRM
• Help define segmentation, messaging, and cadence by audience

5. PR & Podcast Strategy
• Develop PR angles and media positioning
• Manage external PR resources or freelance support
• Identify and secure podcast guest opportunities
• Help host and shape our own podcast strategy (lightweight)
Required Experience
• Senior marketing leadership experience in financial services, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or wealth management
• Experience marketing to:
• Family offices
• HNW individuals
• Institutional investors
• Proven ability to execute thought-leadership-driven growth
• Experience working fractionally with founder-led or partner-led firms
• Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing (HubSpot preferred)
