As a Full Stack Development Team Lead, you will be part of our Development team and report directly to the Head of Development. Your responsibilities will include managing, mentoring, and guiding a small group of developers while also taking on hands-on architectural duties. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the architecture for solutions built on the HubSpot platform, which encompasses websites, custom UI extensions, intricate workflows, and API integrations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams - including developers, marketing consultants, designers, and project managers - will be essential to delivering scalable and innovative solutions. Your expertise will shape the technical strategy, uphold best practices for HubSpot development, and ensure that business needs align with technical implementation. Experience with HubSpot is preferred, but it is not a requirement.
