Your job is to answer their questions, explain the program, and enroll them if it is a good fit. This role requires discipline, daily attendance, and strong motivation to perform. What You Will Do • Make 80+ outbound calls each day • Maintain at least 3 hours of talk time • Conduct video enrollment calls with prospects • Follow a step-by-step enrollment system • Answer questions and help people decide if the program is right for them • Enroll qualified clients into the program • Use Salesforce, Kixie, and scripts to track your work • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals • Work with a high-performance team • Stay available during scheduled work hours What We Are Looking For (Required) • 2+ years of personal training experience • 2+ years of sales experience (phone or high-ticket preferred) • BDU, NASM, or ACE personal training certification • Confident and energetic communication • Competitive and coachable mindset • Able to work 40+ hours weekly • Able to work evenings and Saturdays • Laptop, headset, and high-speed internet • Quiet home workspace Pay and Earnings • Activity pay + commissions + bonuses • Typical earnings: $4,000–$5,000 per month • Top performers earn $6,000+ per month Example Earnings Average enrollment value: $980 Average commission: $147 per enrollment Weekly goal: 5 enrollments This equals about $735 per week in commissions, plus activity pay.
