Job Description:
• Lead Ubiquity’s global brand strategy, creative vision, and messaging framework.
• Serve as a creative thought leader and strategic partner for Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Services team to guide design execution and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop high-impact campaigns that support B2B demand generation and ABM initiatives.
• Oversee and refine brand systems, ensuring a cohesive identity across all global channels.
• Champion AI-driven creative workflows to improve personalization, speed, and innovation.
• Shape content strategies to position Ubiquity as a trusted thought leader and innovative partner.
• Review and approve creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Partner with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Requirements:
• 10+ years in senior creative roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand leadership and creative innovation.
• Proven expertise in B2B marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) and design platforms like Figma.
• Track record of collaborating effectively with internal design teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and a focus on measurable impact.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
