Job Description:
• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategies
• Oversee the strategy and execution of Google Ads and other paid media platforms
• Own the forecasting, measurement, analysis, and reporting of all demand generation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Deep expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads accounts
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads for B2B
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Excellent understanding of the B2B buyer's journey
• Proven ability to manage budgets and report on ROI
