Zefir's Growth Team

The Growth team at Zefir is responsible for accelerating our customer acquisition while optimizing the full conversion funnel. In 2024, we’ve tripled our number of clients, increased by >60% our conversion rates while reducing our acquisition costs. Our ambition: deliver the best customer experience in the real estate industry while sustaining fast-paced, scalable and efficient growth.

Responsibilities/Mission

As Growth Operations, your mission is to build and optimize a high-performing B2C growth engine. You will be at the intersection of performance, process, and tooling—ensuring Zefir keeps scaling fast without compromising on robustness or client XP. Reporting to Constance, our Growth Lead, you’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Product to drive revenue growth and boost acquisition efficiency.
