We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of AI to lead the organization’s artificial intelligence initiatives, digital transformation programs, and AI-driven business solutions. The role is responsible for defining the AI strategy, driving enterprise-wide AI adoption, overseeing data and machine learning initiatives, and building scalable AI capabilities that support business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in AI, data science, machine learning, and digital transformation, with the ability to bridge business objectives and advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead the organization’s AI roadmap aligned with overall business and technology strategies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance and customer experience.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Provide leadership and direction to AI, data science, and analytics teams.
AI Solution Development & Deployment
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems and infrastructure.
- Lead initiatives involving predictive analytics, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation engines, and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
Data & Analytics Management
- Establish data governance, AI ethics, and responsible AI frameworks to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Drive data strategy initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility, and utilization across the organization.
- Monitor AI model performance and continuously optimize algorithms and analytics capabilities.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to identify AI-driven opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications and measurable outcomes.
- Build relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance AI capabilities and competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI, machine learning, and data science teams.
- Promote collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building in AI and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, big data technologies, and AI architecture.
- Experience with AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
