What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Field customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
– Resolve customer issues calmly and effectively while de-escalating conflicts
– Escalate complex interactions when necessary
– Assist with processing payments and responding to requests for assistance
– Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferred
– Must be over 18 years of age
– High School Diploma or GED required
– Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
– Proven oral and written communication skills
