We are looking for a seasoned HR Project Manager with a strong background in coordinating and delivering HR-related initiatives in complex, international environments. This position combines structured project delivery, strategic process coordination, and excellent stakeholder communication, with a particular focus on regional and global HR operations.
Requirements
YOU WILL
- Manage a variety of HR projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams and global stakeholders to harmonize internal processes across geographies.
- Lead the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and optimize workflows between global and local HR structures.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain high-quality project documentation.
- Track project KPIs, report on progress, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the HR domain.
- Proven experience managing cross-regional or global projects involving process coordination and implementation.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and workflows (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, employee lifecycle).
- Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SAFe).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and methodical approach to project delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
- Familiarity with change enablement and communication strategies in HR transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Centers of Excellence (CoE) structures.
