DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To comply with all Eyes of Hope Home Health, LLC policies and procedures, as well as, Federal
and State regulations.
2. To maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting
human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
3. To recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
4. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
5. To advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
6. To respond to inquires regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
7. To administer performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity
within the organization.
8. To administer benefit programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurance, pension plans,
vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
9. To keep records of benefit plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel
transactions such as hires. promotions, transfers, performance reviews.
10. To utilize work time effectively and appropriately.
11. To maintain a professional manner at all times.
12. To keep individual work area tidy.
13. To perform other duties as assigned by administrator.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
