Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a leading HRIS (Sage People), working closely with senior HR stakeholders and supporting real-time business needs.

What You Will Do

Producing regular HR reporting dashboards using HR datasets to support decision-making, responding to ad hoc data analysis requests from senior HR stakeholders and leadership, supporting data integrity and reporting requirements within Sage People, managing system updates and mass data uploads related to organisational changes and M&A activity, acting as the first point of contact for HR system and process queries.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will need 1–2 years’ experience in a system support or HRIS support role, handling user queries, hands-on systems experience with Sage People or Salesforce, confident in creating, analysing, and presenting data to stakeholders, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to an advanced level, ideally experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
