- Making travel arrangements, hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, and researching options for clients
- Providing administrative services such as data entry, word processing, business documentation, document formatting, report creation, spreadsheet management, and PowerPoint presentations
- Delivering secretarial services including writing, researching, and editing services
- Providing customer service support through call answering services, email support, online chat support, and after-hours call answering services
- Communicating and maintaining coordination with suppliers, customers, visitors, enquirers, and relevant staff
- Fulfilling client requirements beyond the mentioned responsibilities
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
