Job Summary
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will assist customers with a variety of questions regarding their account, certification process, renewal process, and application questions. You will also update account information, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding their account, certification process, renewal process, and application questions
- Update account information and ensure accuracy in customer records
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize systems and tools to access and review customer accounts, providing solutions and answers to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and account updates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Residency: You must be a resident of TEXAS to be considered for this position.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Background Check: You must be able to pass a background check.
- Equipment: You must have your own computer and equipment, including a quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk.
- Typing Speed: You must be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Self-Motivation: You must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: You must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
