As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll respond to telephone inquiries regarding customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshoot issues customers have self-registering, standalone toll-free calls and out of franchise long distance service and billing questions. The position requires empathy and the ability to handle stressful, upset callers. Afni is a leading global customer service provider that’s been around for more than 80 years.
What You’ll Do
The role involves wearing a headset, managing incoming calls, and simultaneously working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience.
