Position Snapshot – Remote Intermediate Federal Registration Specialist

Location: Anywhere in the United States (remote work).
Employment Type: Full‑time, with immediate openings.
Compensation Range: $75,000 – $105,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
Reporting To: Senior Federal Registration Specialist.
Primary Business Units Served: Marketing, Research & Development, Procurement, and the broader Regulatory Affairs team.

Role Overview

As an Intermediate Federal Registration Specialist, you will serve as a critical conduit between Land O'Lakes’ product development teams and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Your expertise will guide the preparation, submission, and maintenance of pesticide registration dossiers—both new product submissions and amendments to existing registrations—ensuring full compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and related EPA regulations (40 CFR, Product Registration Notices).

This role blends project management, scientific analysis, and regulatory communication. You will collaborate closely with senior regulators, scientists, marketers, and procurement professionals to translate complex product data into clear, compliant registration packages that accelerate time‑to‑market while safeguarding public and environmental health.
