Investment Banking Broker
Eliro Inc. is seeking a remote Investment Banking Broker who is entrepreneurial, tenacious, and motivated to originate and close M&A transactions. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy environment, excels in sales-driven roles, and has strong financial and analytical capability.
You will generate your own pipeline of leads, convert them into clients, manage valuation and due-diligence processes, and source buyers or sellers for your engagements. This is a deal-oriented role with substantial earning potential tied directly to performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, identify and develop new leads for both sell-side and buy-side engagements.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients through persuasive communication and advisory positioning.
• Create, organize, and manage due-diligence data rooms for active transactions.
• For sell-side mandates: identify, qualify, and contact potential buyers including strategic acquirers, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
• For buy-side mandates: source potential sellers based on client criteria, screen opportunities, and support evaluation and negotiation.
• Prepare and manage deal materials including teasers, CIMs, and process updates.
• Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and consistent communication with clients and buyers/sellers.
• Operate with a high degree of independence, proactively driving origination and deal flow.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field (advanced degrees a plus).
• Experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, business brokerage, or high-performance sales roles.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold outreach, or business development.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence engaging business owners and executives.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable sourcing your own business, managing your own pipeline, and working autonomously.
