This is a remote position.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior IT Recruiter (U.S) to work on contract to permanent basis. This will be a fully remote position in U.S Eastern Time. Full-time or Part-time. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing company, should have good experience working with Direct clients, need target- oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT requirements of US-based clients with accountability
- Responsible for full-Life cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing and screening potential consultants from effective usage of Internal Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, documentation etc. leading to joining post placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Furnish the status reports to management every week.
- Be aware of the client requirements and regularly gain knowledge of the current IT trends.
- Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc
- Experience working on any Vendor Management Systems and submitting candidates and maintaining the account.
- Should be comfortable to work on bulk requirements and must have ability to close them in least possible time.
- Should be highly capable while managing the entire recruitment process with support of his lead Rate Negotiation, Background Check and Paperwork,
- Can work with very less of No supervision on complex positions
- Must be hands on experience sourcing from Linkedin and Social Networking Sites
- Strong with customizing Boolean Strings on Job Boards.
- Strong network of supplier to support sub-vending activities
- Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
