Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
• The IT Strategy Consultant will support leadership teams in analyzing current operating models, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing strategic frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• The role involves conducting discovery sessions, analyzing processes, recommending operational improvements, and supporting the implementation of new workflows and governance structures.
• The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, drive operational efficiency, and deliver clear strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured discovery sessions and interviews to understand current operating models, processes, decision flows, and team interactions.
• Identify pain points, operational gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes across people, processes, technology, and governance structures.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop clear insights and problem statements.
• Develop strategic options, hypotheses, and recommendations for improving operating models and workflows.
• Redesign operating rhythms including governance structures, decision-making forums, meeting cadences, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
• Translate analysis into strategic frameworks and clear narrative presentations for leadership teams.
• Partner with leadership teams to implement approved operating model and workflow changes.
• Support the rollout of new processes, meeting structures, communication practices, and accountability mechanisms.
• Monitor progress of implementation initiatives, identify risks, and adjust plans when needed.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and alignment meetings to gather input and build consensus.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership teams and stakeholders during decision-making discussions.
• Develop high-quality presentations, frameworks, and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
• Produce documentation that supports long-term adoption and sustainability of new processes and operating structures.
Requirement/Must Have:
• Strong experience in management consulting, strategy, operating model design, or organizational effectiveness roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to structure complex or ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience conducting discovery sessions and identifying operational improvement opportunities.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations, frameworks, and strategic documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Should Have:
• Experience with organizational design and business process redesign initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
• Background working with technology or product-driven operating models.
• Familiarity with change management practices and organizational adoption strategies.

Qualification And Education:
