As a Junior Epic Healthcare IT Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing healthcare applications to analyzing user requirements and documenting workflows. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the tools and expertise needed to excel in this role.
This is a full-time position that requires relocation to a client in the United States. Don't worry – we'll provide relocation assistance to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, configure, test, validate, document, and support healthcare applications
- Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the guidance of senior team members
- Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems
- Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
- Expand or modify the system to serve new purposes or improve workflows
- Review and analyze system performance indicators to locate problems and correct errors
- Coordinate projects and schedule meetings to complete assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- US work authorization
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills
- Superb analytical and time management skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative
- Result-focused, ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Internships or research project work in a healthcare setting is highly desired
- Understanding of how data works and looks coming from different formats is preferred
