About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they are fit for purpose, identifying and resolving bugs or issues, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Writing and executing test scripts for large and complex web applications
- Conducting manual tests to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborating with developers to ensure quality and functionality
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering calls and assisting with client inquiries
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No formal software testing experience required; training will be provided
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and web/mobile applications
- Previous experience in software testing is a plus
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Associate's Degree preferred
Remote Work Requirements:
To work effectively in a remote environment, you will need:
- A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with adequate lighting and ventilation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps, testable at Fast.com)
- A workspace that supports effective job performance and is free from excessive noise
