Job Title: Senior Production Engineer - Global Infrastructure

Join Change.org, the world's largest social change platform, as a Senior Production Engineer to drive the enhancement of our global infrastructure and collaborate on building and scaling technology solutions. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Engineering, you will lead the design and maintenance of Terraform infrastructure, ensure robust monitoring through our observability stack, and participate in the on-call rotation.

We're a social impact business (a public benefit company) with 100 million users, 40,000+ campaigns launched on the site every month, and a 100% user-generated revenue model. This is a full-time remote role available in two different formats:

Our Hiring Process:

  1. 45-minute Recruiter Screen
  2. 1-hour Hiring Manager interview
  3. 2-hour Team interviews
  4. ½ hour interview with our VP of Engineering and ½ hour values interview with People team members
