As a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, building relationships, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Attract and source candidates through various channels, including social media, referrals, and direct approach
- Manage job postings, resume reviews, screenings, and interviews
- Provide regular reporting and analytics to the VP, People & Culture
- Ensure all Talent Acquisition documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting with demonstrated experience in developing diverse attraction strategies
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Incredibly organized with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems (TeamTailor a plus)
