This role involves conducting scheduled virtual presentations, educating individuals on company-approved programs, and assisting with enrollment. High performers advance into Entry-Level Management and Leadership based on results.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone
• Present company-approved programs to assigned leads
• Guide individuals through available options and enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
• Meet weekly performance goals
No cold calling. No door-to-door work.
Requirements
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
• Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented
• No prior sales or insurance experience required
