We are representing a rapidly expanding Am Law firm with exceptional momentum in revenue growth and lateral partner integration. The firm combines top-tier sophistication with an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture, empowering partners to grow their practices with meaningful autonomy and institutional support.
The firm is actively seeking lateral partners and partner groups with portable business across corporate , litigation, real estate and other practices, as part of a strategic, firmwide growth initiative.
Target Practice Areas Include:
• Corporate / Transactional:
Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets & Securities, Corporate Finance
• Litigation:
Commercial Litigation, Products Liability, Complex Litigation, White Collar, IP Litigation
• Real Estate:
Real Estate Transactions, Development, Finance, Leasing
• Additional Practices Considered:
Employment, Regulatory, Healthcare, Energy, Intellectual Property, Tax, and other complementary practices with cross-selling potential
