Lead Frontend Angular Architect Experience: 15+ Years (Frontend / UI Architecture Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Only) Location: Hybrid / Onsite (Multiple U.S. Locations) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, Green Card, US Citizen Job Summary We are seeking a highly accomplished Lead Frontend Angular Architect to drive enterprise UI architecture and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, and UI engineering at scale, along with strong leadership experience guiding large frontend teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, design standards, performance, scalability, and user experience across enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities • Define and lead enterprise frontend architecture strategy using Angular. • Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable component-based UI frameworks. • Design high-performance web applications using TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3. • Establish best practices for state management (NgRx), routing, and modular architecture. • Ensure performance optimization, lazy loading, and efficient rendering strategies. • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and microservices. • Define UI/UX standards and ensure consistent design implementation. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor frontend teams. • Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices for frontend deployments. • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership teams.
