About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Lead - HR Operations to join our People Success Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the integration of new hires into our diverse cultural landscape, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and understanding necessary to thrive in their roles across various regions. Your expertise will also focus on ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies, as well as managing employee benefits across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Conduct orientation sessions, ensure documentation, and provide necessary information to help them integrate into the company culture.
- Global Benefits Administration: Support managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance plans, retirement plans, and other perks. Responsibilities include engaging at multiple levels to promote awareness, understanding, and proactive compliance efforts.
- Global HR Compliance: Support the HR team in maintaining statutory compliance requirements in line with country-specific labor laws and policies. Assist with employee record management and documentation.
- Employee Support & HR Projects: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and participate in HR projects focused on improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to create reports that drive data-based decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Display empathy and understanding when dealing with employee concerns, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with multiple HRMS software, Google Suite, and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in HR operations, employee experience, or a related field is highly desirable.
