Job Summary
As our Lead Operations Research Scientist - Enterprise Network Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global supply chain from sourcing to delivery. You will utilize advanced data analysis, complex algorithms, and simulation models to solve real-world problems and drive supply chain transformation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Analyze Supply Chain Metrics: Develop an understanding of supply chain operational and financial metrics through data analysis and perform root cause analysis to understand performance drivers.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Retrieve and analyze large amounts of supply chain data and develop key metrics to evaluate performance across sales, transportation, operations, and inventory.
- Optimization Model Development: Design and implement complex optimization models for network design, routing, and scheduling.
- Operations Research and Machine Learning: Utilize operations research and machine learning methodologies to solve complex business problems at scale.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate solutions and implement recommendations, and interpret results from models to provide insights to the leadership team.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead peers and mentor junior team members as needed based on projects.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master's degree in Operations Research, Data Sciences, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or relevant work/research experience.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in building and developing advanced optimization, simulation, and machine learning models that perform at scale.
