Job Description:
• Organize and manage litigation files
• Gather, organize and index documents and information related to litigation
• Maintain calendars and docketing system to meet deadlines
• Attend meetings, hearings and trials as needed
• Perform electronic research
• Assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial
• Prepare deposition and case summaries and other reports related to pending litigation
• Manage and administer a large volume of contracts of different types
• Maintain a database to track key contract terms, such as renewal and termination dates and money flows
• Review, summarize and evaluate contracts
• Organize and maintain contract files
• Perform initial review of contracts and agreements, for subsequent attorney review
• Draft routine contracts and amendments under attorney supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Associate degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education
• Corporate Or Litigation Paralegal (5 Years)
