POSITION SUMMARYUnder direction of the Chief Legal Counsel this position is responsible for evaluating analyzing and delivering opinions on actual or potential legal cases and risk management issues.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Education Associates or bachelors degree in nursing
Minimum ExperienceMinimum of 7 years experience in a variety of clinical nursing disciplines
Required Registration/License/Certification RN license
Preferred Registration/License/CertificationLegal Nurse Consultant certification (LNCC) from the
American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board(ALNCCB) (or willingness to become certified)
