As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries and concerns.Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
