I am seeking an experienced New York attorney to draft a formal demand letter related to an unpaid promissory note governed by New York law.
The borrower is in default, has refused to pay, and claims lack of funds. I want a strong, legally sound demand letter that clearly sets the stage for litigation and collection if payment is not made.
This is a one-time assignment, but may lead to further work (litigation or judgment enforcement) depending on the response.
Scope of Work
Review a promissory note (PDF )will provide
Draft a formal demand letter on attorney letterhead
Letter should include:
Amount due (principal + interest, if applicable)
Notice of default
Payment deadline (10–14 days)
