BrowserStack is a software testing platform that powers over two million tests every day. We are looking for a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and partner with sales to deliver revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of engineering experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Prior experience as an Automation Test Manager or Lead, particularly with hands-on expertise in Selenium
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Consulting roles with a technical background
- Client interaction experience
- Experience in people management, including hiring, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and driving team growth
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Familiarity with Agile software development and deployment methodologies, as well as the modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), associated toolsets, and best practices
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript)
- Proficiency with development tools and IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, Maven, Git)
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (JUnit/NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, NightWatchJS, WebDriverIO)
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, VPNs, IPsec, firewalls)
- Disciplined self-starter who does whatever it takes to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
