Role Overview
DigDeep is looking for a collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our Development team as the Manager, Grants. Reporting to the Director, Development Strategy & Operations, the Manager, Grants will be responsible for the development of grant proposals, donor reports and communication initiatives to drive investment and foster deeper connections with our existing and potential donor/funder base.
What You Will Do
Serve as a primary writer and project manager of all institutional grant proposals, corporate and individual solicitations, and donor report submissions, playing a key role in securing ongoing and new support. Communicate in a timely and effective manner internally across departments on upcoming deadlines and development information needs for use in grant development and reporting.

- Exceptional grant writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong ability to synthesize complex programmatic, financial, and impact data into clear, compelling, and persuasive narratives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- High computer literacy, technical aptitude, and comfort learning new systems and platforms
