Role Overview
As an integral part of the Direct Travel North America Leisure Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, while supporting Direct Travel Leisure, the team, and our preferred partner objectives. This role will oversee one of four specialized sales teams, each aligned with a distinct advisor growth path: Tours, Cruise, Hotels & Resorts, and Active & Adventure.
What You Will Do
Managing, mentoring and coaching staff advisors, branch supervisors and branch managers within the team to ensure that all quality and service standards are met. Work with Direct Travel’s Marketing team to optimize lead generation programs to grow business within each team and to effectively market travel opportunities to new and current clients.
