Organization: Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with SQL and Power BI is a plus).
Documentation: Clearly document team performance and address HR issues.
Supervision: Directly oversee logistics personnel (hourly/union employees).
Processes: Adhere to established procedures for efficient task completion.
Establish goals and maintain records to measure productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
Utilize a variety of mechanized systems to provide balance accuracy, create efficiencies in report data, track costs and maintain budget analysis.
Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of functions.
Work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
May also coordinate the collection and delivery of company supplies and media.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
Influence decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
Responsible for the following areas for direct reports – career planning, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
This position has the potential of being over 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business. Includes nights and weekends.
2 to 5 years relevant experience in area of responsibility.
2 to 5 years relevant Team/People Management experience. (Hourly/Union Employee Management experience a plus).
Typically HS Diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license and clear driving record.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Manager Logistics Managers earn between $87,200 – $130,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
