Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, both online and in-person
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
- Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes, utilizing the renowned Mathnasium Method
- Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction in a group setting
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work, ensuring accurate feedback and guidance
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment, supporting non-instructional tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong math competency, with proficiency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to new methods and technologies
- Willingness to complete training in the Mathnasium Method and adhere to our high standards
