Accurately and efficiently process patient samples for diagnostic testing. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of results. Adhere to all laboratory protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of samples. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies necessary for sample processing. Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Document and report any issues or concerns with sample processing to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with new techniques and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively supporting and assisting team members. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
