Requirements and Qualifications
- Age: At least 19 years old
- Strong typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Customer-oriented and adaptable personality traits
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
- Commitment to 2-3 shifts per week (approximately 20 hours weekly) for a minimum of one year
- Experience in a clinical environment is a plus but not required
- College coursework in biology, anatomy, or medical terminology is preferred but not required
