We’re a consumer app looking for a high-level, hands-on Meta ads strategist/media buyer who can own performance end-to-end: creative direction + event-based optimization + conversion tracking.

What you’ll do
Build and manage Meta campaigns optimized to app events (install → registration → trial → subscribe/purchase).
Set up / audit event tracking and attribution (Pixel + CAPI and/or MMP like AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch; SKAN if relevant).
Run a structured testing framework (creative iterations, audiences, offers, landing/store funnel improvements).
Monitor key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention proxy metrics, event match quality), and make fast, informed changes.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
Proven experience growing consumer apps on Meta (FB/IG) with event-based optimization.
Deep understanding of conversion tracking and attribution (Pixel/CAPI, App Events, AEM/SKAN basics).
Strong creative instincts + ability to direct creative testing (not just “launch ads”).
You personally do the work (no delegating to a team).
