Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and operationally driven National Sales Consultant (NSC) to support and scale direct sales operations across multiple markets nationwide. This is not an administrative account management role — this is a frontline leadership and growth position focused on helping sales organizations improve recruiting, onboarding, productivity, accountability, and overall field execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in direct sales, particularly in door-to-door, events, telecommunications, wireless, fiber, or B2C sales environments. Candidates who have personally sold in the field and coached or led sales teams will stand out immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & Operational Support
Conduct in-market visits and ride-alongs with sales teams
Support direct sales and event marketing operations
Provide real-time coaching to sales reps and leaders
Reinforce execution standards, professionalism, and accountability
Evaluate market performance and operational effectiveness
Help improve team morale, energy, and culture
Sales Performance & Growth Strategy
Analyze sales trends and identify performance gaps
Support partners with growth planning and forecasting
Improve productivity, recruiting-to-production conversion, and rep performance
Assist with territory optimization and market expansion initiatives
Help leaders develop scalable recruiting and onboarding systems
Recruiting & Leadership Development
Coach recruiting strategies and interview processes
Improve onboarding cadence and training consistency
Support leadership development and accountability structures
Help partners build stronger sales organizations and leadership pipelines
Compliance & Program Health
Reinforce customer experience and compliance expectations
Monitor churn, disconnects, and operational risks
Address issues proactively and escalate concerns when needed
Partner with internal leadership teams to maintain program integrity
Travel:
Potential travel for client visits, partner meetings, and support as required to strengthen relationships and ensure partners are supported effectively.

Requirements
Required Experience
3+ years of direct sales experience required
Experience in door-to-door, events, telecom, wireless, fiber, solar, or other high-volume B2C sales environments strongly preferred
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence sales teams
Strong understanding of sales metrics, recruiting, and field operations
Ability to travel regularly and work independently in the field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or supporting independent contractor sales organizations
Prior sales leadership, field training, or business consulting experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
