We are a restaurant group based in Barcelona with active operations in Madrid. We run campaigns on Google and Meta, and we are preparing to launch TikTok Ads. Our objective is clear: performance-driven advertising with measurable ROI.
What We Need
A specialist with proven experience managing profitable campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads. All three platforms are equally important in our setup.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit existing Google & Meta campaigns and provide an optimization plan.
• Manage and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and Google Maps/Local Ads.
• Manage Facebook/Instagram and TikTok Ads from setup to optimization.
• Implement and maintain tracking: GA4, conversions, pixels, and events.
• Test and optimize audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and funnels.
• Allocate and adjust budgets for Barcelona and Madrid.
• Integrate our existing creatives, videos, and designs into high-performing ads.
• Provide clear weekly/monthly reporting focused on ROAS, CPA, bookings, and delivery orders.
Requirements
• Proven experience running profitable Google, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok campaigns.
• Experience working with multi-location businesses.
• Strong understanding of attribution challenges (calls, bookings, delivery orders, Maps → website paths).
• Knowledge of best practices for:
• Google Ads (Search, PMAX, keyword strategy, local ads, conversion setup)
• Meta and TikTok creatives (formats, hooks, performance styles)
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance improvements.

• Strong ROAS and reduced CPA
• Growth in bookings, delivery orders, and high-intent leads
• Stable performance across Barcelona and Madrid
• Clear insights, actionable recommendations, and reliable reporting
