Requirements

A strong creative POV and the ability to back it up with smart thinking and writing.
Great instincts for what makes content feel scroll-stopping, native, and credible.
Sharp copywriting skills, especially for short-form, high-impact storytelling.
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset: you thrive in a team but lead your lane with confidence.
A hunger to learn and grow, and an openness to feedback and experimentation.
Organizational skills that help you juggle deadlines, projects, and production details.
Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices and technology, particularly in Copywriting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Be able to track and monitor the project in a timely manner.
Flexible and can work any hours of the day.
With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup.
