Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the Recruiting area, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage job postings across various job portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and evaluate candidates who apply to these postings.
- Analyze professional profiles in job portals to identify top talent for our open positions, utilizing your expertise to match candidates with our requirements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and Teamwork: The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
