We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Event & Community Engagement Assistant to support weekly event listings, social media content, and light outreach. This flexible, part-time role is a great fit for a student or stay-at-home parent looking for consistent remote work with predictable weekly hours.
Responsibilities:
Research and post 10 family-friendly events per week to our community calendars
Ensure all listings are accurate and include key details (date, time, location, cost, description, links)
Create 2 social media posts per week promoting upcoming events or features
Assist with sales outreach by sending introductory messages
Follow provided style guidelines and meet weekly deadlines
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Clear, concise written English
Experience with event listings, CMS platforms, or social media is a plus but not required

Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week
