Position Summary
We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) Database Researcher/Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Maine. As a key member of our team, you will perform two primary tasks:
- Research: Maintain our proprietary "Rides in Sight" database of transportation options, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Customer Service: Respond to inbound inquiries from seniors seeking information on local transportation options, providing personalized support and connecting them with the best resources.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Research & Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls from older adults on ITNAmerica's Rides in Sight hotline, providing exceptional customer service and connecting them with suitable transportation options.
- Maintaining the Rides in Sight database through internet research and database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Accepting other related duties and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent verbal communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the telephone, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
