Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Virtual Customer Representative to join our team. As a remote customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers across the USA, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries via phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, technology, and self-motivated work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Champion: Provide top-notch service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. On average, you'll handle 4+ calls per hour.
- Technology Troubleshooter: Offer technical support and guidance on cellular phones, billing, and general customer inquiries. You'll be the expert who helps customers operate their phones, troubleshoot issues, and use various features.
- Highly Organized and Motivated: Work independently from home, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free environment, and stay focused throughout your shift. You'll need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience, with remote customer service experience preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing, use of common software applications, and internet navigation.
- Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS.
- Distraction-Free Workplace: A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home.
- Location: Reside within 50 miles of our Louisville contact center.
