Job Description:
• Build and expand the firm's U.S. practice and influence U.S. strategy
• Leverage global referral network to generate cross-border work
• Manage and grow client relationships and portable business
• Exercise practice autonomy including setting billing rates and managing clients
• Collaborate across regions and practice groups for business development and work-sharing
• Step into leadership roles to shape the U.S. expansion
• Utilize firm marketing, administrative, and infrastructure support to scale practice
• Capture materially higher net compensation under transparent split economics
Requirements:
• Portable book of business $500K - $4MM+
• Demonstrated client development and business origination
• Interest in leveraging global cross-border opportunities and referrals
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with appetite to contribute to U.S. expansion
• Experience as a partner or lateral partner in a law firm
• Practice expertise in one or more core areas: Corporate/Transactional, Employment & Labor, Intellectual Property, Litigation & Investigations, Real Estate & Finance, Tax & Wealth Management, Regulatory & Specialized
