We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Integrator / Support Analyst to support critical initiatives within a large-scale PeopleSoft Pension Administration system supporting complex public-sector pension plans. This role is 100% Remote and involves deep hands-on work with pension configuration, integrations, customizations, and ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Enhance, modify, and troubleshoot existing pension administration processes
• Implement new pension processes ensuring accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
• Support integrations across PeopleSoft HCM modules
• Configure and maintain pension rules, including:
• Eligibility & participation
• Consolidated hours, earnings, and contributions
• Vesting and benefit calculations
• Optional benefit forms
• Implement and support customizations to comply with:
• Pension legislation
• Regulatory requirements
• Union/collective bargaining agreements
• Maintain and optimize legacy data converted into a centralized, highly customized PeopleSoft Pension Administration system
• Support bolt-on applications such as pension loan administration systems
• Assist with retiree payroll, actuarial reporting, and cost-of-living adjustments (COLA)

• 415 Limit Earnings & 401(a)(17) Limits
• Final Average Earnings & Kingston Cap Limits
• Overtime Earning Caps per CBAs and statutory changes
• Early Retirement Factors
• Retiree Payroll
• Annual Actuarial Valuation Reporting
• Annual Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA)
• Pension Loans Administration
• Service Purchase Buybacks
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Pensions Application Integrator / Support Analyst
• Strong initiative, ownership, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Recent experience implementing integrated pension administration solutions in the public sector is mandatory
